大熱天先來瓶啤酒
好奇的我又點了少見的
酸薑松阪肉
和當令透抽炒芹菜
老睦炒鱔魚
和一盤蝦仁蛋炒飯
當然交待了老味道
酸薑松阪肉
原來是用日本料理的嫩薑片去炒松阪肉
把那醃的酸酸甜甜的嫩薑切片再加上醃薑的汁和醬油去爆炒
用日式食材炒出的酸甜台南味
肉片又多
好味的一道
透抽炒芹菜
這盤透抽的量真多坊間真的少見
炒的火候也優
但味淡也少一味辣椒
老睦炒鱔魚就如一訪時再點的那份老味道的好吃
我不知鱔魚現在的價格
鱔魚的份量比起透抽和松阪肉有些意猶未盡
下回加價去吃個過癮
蝦仁蛋炒飯
炒出有我愛的焦香味
蝦仁量也不少
如果能有台南那蝦味重的火燒蝦那該多美好

hi, fake J well, I am super picky. The first course was the white asparagus. It was not cleaned well enough. There was a lot of hard fiber. I informed the wait staff, she did not share with the kitchen(we sat right next to the kitchen)The clam dish had sand in the clam. The steak was cooked medium rare. However, the thick part was RAW. We had to send the piece back to be cooked again. The 2 dessert were nice and refreshing. In San Francisco, when we order the set menu for 2, we do not have to split the dishes ourselves. Maybe it's different in Taiwan. I also had to remind the server to change our plates between courses. There was maybe 4 sets of diners last night. Iwish the chef had come to our table and chated with us.
放進口袋了~ 感覺不錯 價位也不貴 喜歡台南味的我應該會喜歡 找時間去吃 謝J大分享
